Damaged or Lost Packages
While rare, mishaps during shipping can happen. If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive at all, don’t worry—I’ve got you covered!
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during shipping:

Lost Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

Refunds & Returns
Print-on-Demand Products (Merchandise & Books)
Because all print-on-demand products are custom made specifically for you, all sales are final unless:

There’s an error with your order (e.g., incorrect item received).

Physical Books (Paperback & Hardcover)
If you’ve purchased a physical copy of my book (not print-on-demand), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You may return the book within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The book must be in its original, unused condition (no markings, damage, or signs of wear).
If your book meets these criteria, I’ll issue a refund upon receiving the returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.

What’s your return policy for books?
Returns for physical books are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the book is in its original condition. I do not accept returns for ebooks or print-on-demand books unless there’s an issue with your order.
What if my ebook doesn’t download properly?
If you experience any issues with downloading an ebook delivered by Bookfunnel.com, please contact me, and I’ll work with Bookfunnel to resolve the issue quickly.
