Shipping Policy

Welcome to the shipping policy for A.J.'s Enchanted Bookstore! Whether you're ordering one of my books, a fun piece of book-inspired merch, or a signed copy, this page covers everything you need to know about how your magical package will make its way to your doorstep.

 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Partners

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Merchandise is fulfilled through Printify.com or Printful.com, and items are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure high-quality production.

  • Physical Books: Paperback and hardcover copies of my books are printed and shipped on-demand by Bookvault.

  • Ebooks: If you purchase an ebook, it will be delivered directly to your inbox by Bookfunnel.com after your purchase is complete.

  • Signed Copies: When I sell signed copies of my books, these will be personally packaged and shipped by me with extra care and love.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options, depending on your location and the product ordered:

 

Domestic Shipping (Within USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

 

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! My books and merch can travel farther than I do (which, honestly, isn’t hard given my love of staying home). International orders can be shipped using:

  • Standard International: 2-3 weeks

  • Priority International: 1-2 weeks

  • Express International: 3-5 business days
    Note: Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. These fees include:

  • Packaging materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

  • Tracking services for all orders.
    Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.

 

Order Processing Times

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before being shipped.

  • Bookvault Orders: Printed books (paperbacks and hardcovers) are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Signed Copies: For signed books shipped directly from me, please allow up to 7-10 business days for me to sign, package, and ship your order.

  • Ebooks: Ebooks are delivered instantly via Bookfunnel.com after purchase is completed.

Please note that processing times may occasionally vary due to high order volumes, product availability, or holidays.

 

Tracking Information

All orders, regardless of shipping method, include tracking numbers. I understand the need to know where your package is at all times (trust me, my anxiety gets it). You’ll receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

 

Packaging & Protection

I treat books and merch like the precious treasures they are! Here’s how I ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Books: Whether printed by Bookvault or signed copies shipped directly by me, books are packaged with bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and weather-resistant materials.

  • Merchandise: Printify and Printful take similar care in securely packaging your print-on-demand items.

  • Signed Copies: For signed books, I go the extra mile with protective layers to keep your book safe, even during international travel.

Unpacking may leave you wondering how much protection does one book need? The answer: A lot (thanks, anxiety)!

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, sometimes mishaps happen. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, don’t worry—I’ve got you covered!

  • Damaged Items:

    1. Contact me immediately with photo documentation of the damage.

    2. I’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

    3. Return shipping will be covered if necessary.

  • Lost Packages:

    1. If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me with your tracking information.

    2. I’ll work with the shipping provider to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.

 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order. If there’s an issue, please reach out to me directly so I can make it right.
