Morning Affirmations

Updated: Aug 23

Good morning,

I hope you slept well. I just thought I'd help you start out the day on a positive note. Positive affirmations are a great way to do just that. Studies have proven that repeating confidence-building statements over time might actually reduce stress and increase well-being. Even if you've been awake for a while, take a moment, pause what you're doing, take a deep breath, and repeat after me!

• When I inhale, my muscles relax. When I exhale, tension leaves with my breath.

• I’ll get through today by taking small steps.

• I am strong. I can handle anything that comes my way.

• Today, I move ahead in my life with faith, love, and light.

• I reject negativity. I let go of what no longer serves me.

• I am energetic, and I’m ready to face whatever the day holds.

• I can face challenges with confidence as I pursue my purpose.

"Affirmations are like seeds planted in soil. Poor soil, poor growth. Rich soil, abundant growth. The more you choose to think thoughts that make you feel good, the quicker the affirmations work.” — Louise Hay

I hope you have a wonderful morning and a great day. Remember to take small moments in the day to just breathe!

Namaste
